Balboa Park Sunday
|
|
|
And the minstrels play,
and the ladies talk
of the lovely day,
On a Balboa Park Sunday
And the lovers roll
on the hills of green,
And the children laugh
to see such a scene
and the Spreckels plays
in the distance, clear
and you turn to see
who called you near
Balboa Park on a Sunday
Run in the sun and enjoy
Live in the light, bright, sunshine,
Free in the wind and the sky
And the sky departs
and leaves for space.
And the music leaves
this enchanted place.
